NSA: named "signature artist", upon claims to both the 1st and 2nd place prizes in this year's competition

National Society of Artists: with entrance to NSA's 31st annual national juried Show with 2 qualifying works of art, both of my submission pieces fared well—winning a 1st place overall with Paintception and a 2nd place with Jimmy G's.

5th Street Gallery showcase today!

I will be entering these pieces today for exhibition in the 5th Street Gallery showcase located in Historic Downtown Rosenberg, Texas. From top to bottom: "Coming of Age", "Geronimo II", and "Sweeter with Time".

Overall Grand Champion at Houston Rodeo!!!!

With 358,000 entrees from all over the state of Texas, I took the #1 spot.

Painting Featured On Major Rodeo Program

For the first time ever, the San Antonio Rodeo featured their Fine Arts winner on their program for the whole rodeo. I entered a competition of over 500 exhibitors and won Grand Champion. My painting sold in auction for $20,000-- money that i personally get to have to put in my college fund :) I also got a chance to be carted around the rodeo arena, holding my painting in the "Grand Entry".
